How To Install Ableton Racks

RACK WONT LOAD OR OPEN?

 *** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - HOW TO INSTALL ABLETON RACKS ***

 If your Ableton Rack wont load or you are being shown an error message, then please make sure that you are using a compatible version of Ableton Live for that specific rack.

ℹ️ All Ableton Racks from Live Racks will show the minimum requirements needed for each individual rack at the bottom of each product page.

This will included the Edition (Intro, Standard, Suite) and the exact version it was created in.

⚠️ Any racks made in an earlier version of Live can be opened in later versions, but you can not open later versions of racks in earlier versions of Ableton.

👎 Example 1 - If you are using a "Suite Rack" in Standard it may not open.

👎 Example 2 - If you are using a Suite rack created in version 11.1.6 but your version of Ableton suite is 11.0.1 then it WILL NOT open.

👍 Example 3 - If you are using a Suite rack created in version 11.1.6 but your version of Ableton suite is 11.2 then it WILL open due to it being a later version.
